The Walnut Marketing Board has released the 2007 Orchard Run Production figure at 323,082 tons. The 2007 California walnut estimate, as reported by the National Agricultural Statistics Service was forecast at 320,000 tons.

To aid in understanding this year's market, we have compiled several charts and tables analyzing in-shell and shelled California walnut production, consumption, and sales.
